On-Site Registration Information

The on-site registration desks will be located in the corridor outside 108-A & 108-B in the Convention Center. The registration desks will be open during the following hours for pick-up of registration packets by pre-registered attendees and for on-site registration:

1) One CD-ROM OR DVD-ROM (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2) The regular registration fee does not include the tutorials, the luncheon, or the Philadelphia Art Museum Extravaganza.
3) The Passport Registration Package includes registration, all technical sessions, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, 1 copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM OR DVD-ROM, admission to two tutorials, and the Signal Processing Society SPeL DVD-ROM (a $199 USD value). Total value of the Passport Registration Package is $999/$1249 (Advance/On-Site registration rates). You must be an IEEE Member (full or student member) at the time of registration to be eligible for the Passport Registration Package.
4) No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
5) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check, or money order payable to IEEE ICASSP 2005 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. There will be a $50 USD fee added to your registration for payments made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must cover all registration fees to the conference. Any additional fees your bank charges to initiate the transfer must be paid to your bank. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 USD before February 14, 2005. No refunds after February 14, 2005.

Presenting Papers

At least one author per paper must register by January 10, 2005 at a non-student rate. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. If you are an author, please enter the paper number(s) of the paper(s) which you authored.
