Philadelphia is a vibrant city providing an unforgettable journey to the past. America declared her independence at the Pennsylvania State House (later Independence Hall) in 1776. A decade later, the US Constitution was drafted in Philadelphia and the city became the Nation's first capital in 1790. Rich in history, Philadelphia houses dignified 18th Century landmarks amidst contemporary structures. The fifth largest city in the US, Philadelphia offers a wealth of cultural attractions, including world-class museums, a premier performing arts district, a renowned orchestra, as well as a variety of restaurants and nightlife attractions. The conference banquet will showcase one of the city's treasures, the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The on-location banquet will include guided tours and a private viewing of the special Salvador Dali exhibit.
